How to...? Step by Step Process

1. First of all Open MS Word and Go to insert. On the top right of the screen you will see Text box. 

2. Click there and you will see variety of template of text box. We can use any of them as of our choice. I will select the first one for demo purposes.

3. Text Box is successfully added, Now you can drag anywhere you want. The behind the text will adjust automatically without any erasing or modifying. 

4. We can add text photo videos and other thing inside the text box. I will add a picture to show you. We can fix the size of text box: can make small or big. 

5. We also have draw text box option where we can actually give a shape of text box anywhere we want. 

6. We can also change the outline color. Usually we make outline or border color transparent for better look. 

7. In the screenshot below, you can see how beautifully the text box is represented in between the text.

There are lots of things we can do with text box. We can add the template of text box which is ready made and well design. The background color of text box can be added too. We can give a effect in the shape of text box. The shape like circle, rectangle, square, triangle, star, etc can be added which makes Text box more attractive.  We can increase and decrease the size of text box as well.
