How to use Google Map Offline

Google map is a product of Google Inc. It is very beneficial for every person as it helps to navigate places and helps to prevent lost in new places. Another important feature of Google map is that we can locate every places of earth either by satellite view or default view. It is very easy to use and doesn't take a lot of spaces. It is mostly important for travelers and explorers.

Google maps uses internet and GPS to function well. It is very difficult to have an access of internet in remote places and without internet it doesn't locate. To tackle this situation there is a feature to download maps where we can use it without the internet.

Today we are going to learn to use Google Map offline.


1. First of all open Google map in your phone and click in the top right to view features.


2. As shown in the screenshot, you can clearly see an option called Offline Maps. Click there


3. Now you have to click the select your own map option to download the preferable areas for you.


4. Select the certain area and click download


5. It will take some time to download depending on your internet speed.

After successful installation you can use Google map and locate the places that are inside the boundary of downloaded maps without the help of internet.
